We want you to have the best experience with Cajave. If your product was damaged in transport, we are here to help!
To process a claim for a damaged product, please send clear images of the damaged item along with the tracking number to cajavecoffee@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Once the images and tracking information are reviewed and approved, we will send you a replacement pack of 24 of the same flavor. Please note that we do not offer refunds or accept returns for products that arrived in good condition.
